The Cursillo Course
Welcome to the
Notice
The Cursillo can take up to an hour to complete. Please prepare your mind.
- You should be able to complete this with the Resources available from KnightsTemplar.org.
- You may wish to have a bible (or bible app) with you.
- I’m still working on this project. If you found this page, I shared it with you to help me test it and to get your feedback.
The Cursillo map follows “The Templar Trail” a pilgrimage path used in 1096 by Godfrey of Bouillon, Duke of Lower Lorraine, and his troops during the First Crusade to liberate the city of Jerusalem. It begins in Dijon, France and crosses eleven countries and two continents for 4,223 kilometers (2,624 mi).
This program was designed as part of my participation in the Commissioned Templar Chaplain Program. For that reason, it is very focused on the role of the Chaplain in a Commandery and the laws and duties surrounding the religious aspects of Templary.
I learned quite a bit of additional information when researching this topic, so I plan to make a “Fun Version” of the course soon!
What was your score? What did you think of the journey?
