More than 35 years of automating homes

When I was a teen, I installed a remote controlled light switch in my childhood bedroom. Back then, the technology was called “X10” and used powerline communication to signal the light to turn on and off. X10 technology, which was developed in the 70s is still in use and available today.

But these days, I’m using ZigBee and tons of other new tech to stay ahead of the curve, and my home assistant technology is completely integrated with my house and my life!
